FRANK ARNOLD
Frank Arnold is viewed by many as one of the foremost abstract figurative painters and sculptors of our time. He is a living master guided by a personal mission to “turn on a light in the human soul.” He is passionate in his continual creation of “Messengers” from his deeper mind connection with Carl Jung’s archetypal images, the collective unconscious, and Jungian Synchronicity. These unconscious forms from his deeper mind resonate as personal messages of universal acceptance, reaching out to the viewer. Honored as IAD Artist of the year 2018 by International Artist Day, he has exhibited his artwork in numerous galleries and museums, earning his place in collections worldwide. Arnold divides his working days between painting in San Jose del Cabo and sculpting in Mexico City.

Frank Arnold was born in Long Beach, California and raised in the San Joaquin
Valley. He is considered by many to be one of the foremost abstract figurative
painters and sculptors of our time. His work is in private and corporate
collections worldwide. In addition to oil paintings and bronze sculpture, Arnold
has produced two books, the first of which, Frank Arnold Speaks” is a bilingual,
English and Spanish biography covering his upbringing by adoptive parents, and
the impact his experiences have had on his artwork. His second book, “Your
Creative Imagination Unlocked,” is a collaborative effort with noted depth
psychologist, Dr. Jim Manganiello. It includes an exploration of his own creative
process and several observations and hypotheses by Manganiello with regard to
Arnold’s work as well as that of other noted abstract artists, Cy Twombly, Wassily
Kandinsky, Pablo Picasso, Mark Rothko and Banksy. This book delves into the
deeper mind and how art can be a path to rediscovery of your creative
imagination.
Arnold’s earlier work is centered on his own life from childhood to present. Each
story is told in a personal code devised to be both cathartic and confidential. For
the past ten years his work has come from a deeper mind connection he has
found, producing pieces that speak in many voices; some familiar and some
unknown, even to Arnold. It is not uncommon for men and women to view his
work and become very emotional, some to the point of tears, pouring out feelings
and stories form their own lives that have been accessed by his painting or
sculpture. Arnold is honored and humbled by these reactions to his work and
makes himself as available as possible to the many visitors in his studios and
gallery.
